Turning drier this evening with clear spells and a few showers. Dry for a time overnight with clear spells but heavy showers arriving later in the night with hail, thunder and gusty winds possible, especially in the west. Staying mild. Minimum Temperature 7C.

Any heavy showers clearing quickly to leave a generally brighter day. Occasional showers are still possible, but most places staying dry. Turning cloudier later with winds easing. Another mild day. Maximum Temperature 12C.

Whilst it will often be mild, later in the period there may be a slight downward trend in temperature, especially across northern parts of the UK where there may also be a slightly higher chance of some wintry hazards at times.
